Your new role
Team Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing company’s IT application unit providing first and second level support. She / He will be a single point of contact for internal customers in Poland making sure that team delivers proper service according to the corporate standards and established SLA’s. Team Manager will support the customer by proposing and implementing business process enhancements and IS-solutions in order to improve the customer competitiveness. The role includes administrational responsibility for the application team, referring to yearly performance review, financial & KPI reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a candidate with minimum 3 years of professional experience in leading SAP support teams. Experience within project management and processes consultancy, improvement & implementation is required. The perfect candidate represents high communication skills and flexibility for change and adoption to new situations. Team Manager is a self-motivated leader with fluency in Polish and English.
