
Team ManagerMiejsce pracy: Wrocław
Responsibilities:
- Participates in the recruitment, selection, promotion, and alignment of qualified and diverse talent,
- Conduct assessments of the team to understand the level of knowledge and provide training where required,
- Manages workflow, account assignments, account on-boarding, problem resolutions and resources for the team,
- Develop and sustain process transitions from the US,
- Collaborate with US customers,
- Work together with other teams and leaders.
Requirements:
- University graduate,
- Fluent in English (preffered C1 level),
- 2 years of experience in leading a team (eq. Customer Service, Accounting, Finance etc.),
- Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Excel),
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate environment.
