For our client:Business Process Outsourcing company we are looking for a person who will take the position of a Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- provides leadership, coaching, development and supports to his/her team of CSRs
- responsible for identifying training and performance needs, developing action plans for improving and sustaining team performance as well as participating and completing special projects as assigned
- works closely with partners both inside and outside of the company to ensure the success of the department’s day-to-day activities and fulfil the account's goals
- responsible for ensuring that Contact Center policies are followed as well as helping to identify and execute changes in policy and procedures
- analyses incomings reports and implements changes for efficiency
- maximises a positive customer experience by identifying, understanding, and resolving inquiries; maintain oversight of service delivery, taking responsibility for escalated issues

What you'll need to succeed:
- minimum 1 year of management experience
- 3 or more years of experience in customer service
- strong ability to coach, counsel and motivate performance to achieve winning results
- fluent in verbal and written English
- openness to new ways of thinking and acquiring new skills to retain a competitive advantage
