You will be expected to lead and motivate a team of 8 people, conducting 121 meetings, monitoring KPIs, SLAs and preparing statistics reports. Your other responsibility will be to take part in the recruitment process and leadership meetings. You will also have to assure that processes run smoothly within expected time frames, to achieve the highest stakeholders satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have at least 3 years of experience in team leading within shared service international environment. You should be proactive and be able to cooperate with others. We are looking for assertiveness as well as for someone who can manage, control, direct people as well as connect them together.
