For one of our Clients, a well-established biotechnology company based in Wrocław, we are currently looking for a Software Development Team Leader.
Your new role
Within the role you will be responsible for delivering software solutions in close cooperation with teams located across the globe. You will lead a team of up to 10 C++ Software Developers, acting as a technical expert as well as people manager monitoring personal development of team members & their career planning. Software Development Team Leader works closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Architects to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage each stage of SW development process, from analysis through to design and delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a candidate with minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT sector, including managerial roles and University degree in Computer Science or related. You are expected to have in-depth knowledge of Software Development process and technical programming background (preferably in C++). The perfect candidate represents high communication skills and flexibility for change and adoption to new situations. She or He is a self-motivated individual with fluency in English.
