For our Client, an international company located in Tricity, we are looking for Team Leader for Quotation Team.
Your new role
Your main targets are to maintain and improve the service level of the function/team, to create an integrated team with good spirit and customer oriented focus, to develop the sales process.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience in SSC / BPO, university degree in a relevant field and knowledge of English at least at level C1, knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
If you have the above and ability to lead teams with purpose, empower team performance andto successfully resolve complex problems and issues we should talk about that position.
