As the RA manager you lead a group of RA specialists that require a senior figure to bring structure to the daily tasks. They are looking for a strong manager that has some affinity with regulatory affairs, but doesn't want to be too deeply involved at a technical level.Responsibilities
You are responsible to lead the regulatory department and manage the focus of the tasks. You will keep an eye on priorities and are able to make decisions without having all needed information.Strong motivator and communicator, with experience in troubleshooting. The pace is pretty high for a regulatory department so you need to be able to hold your ground in that surrounding.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences- Strong team/project manager
- Some affinity with RA is a plus but isn't a necessity
- Likes to be creative in his solutions and empathic in his leadership
- Fluent in Dutch and English
