Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Limburg Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The production in the plant is slowly being upscaled and as a result they need more production expertise. To lead a team of food technicians and engineers they are looking for an ambitious and experienced team lead. This team lead will lead the team of engineers by showing the good example, while being a pro-active leader.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coach and lead a team of engineers
- Work on projects increasing efficiency and production quality
- Monitor the production process of your team
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of experience in a Food production environment
- Hands-on and proactive character
