Your new role: As Team Lead Customer Service, you will be responsible for managing and developing the team of Customer Service Representatives and providing an excellent level of customer service. The role will be highly connected to implementation of process improvement activities and the best practices for the team. As Team Lead you will act as liaison between team members, customers and other departments like Sales, Production, Order Fulfilment.

Key responsibilities:
- Management and development of the team.
- First point of contact in resolving customers issues, escalations.
- Responsibility for the Customer Data as well as Pricing Data in SAP.
- Accept and executes EMEA customer orders, manage customer consignment stocks.
- Reviewing, upgrading and driving continuous improvement of the Company’s practices and processes
What you will need to succeed:
- Comparable customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing/SSC/international environment.
- Previous experience in team management
- SAP knowledge
- Fluency in English
- Highly developed Customer service- and team-oriented approach and organizational skills
- Experience with export processes and regulations – nice to have.
