THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Brussel Belgium.

Due to a new possession in the Belgium market, this well known medical device company is searching for a Team Leading professional.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Team Leader of a dental devision you will be responsible for the Belux. You will supervise 5 account manager who visit dental professionals. You will train your account managers and you will do visits your selfs as well. You will work closely with the national account manager to discuss the spotted market trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Advice your clients about using your products
- Realise new business
- Provide trainingen
- Develop market strategies
- Responsible for the Belux Area
- Daily people management

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3-5 relevant work experience in Cosultative Sales, Business Development, etc.
- Experience in the Dental or Pharma industry
- Proven track record
- Know how of dental/oral professionals
- Fluently in French, English and Dutch
- Willing to travel true Belgium 80%
- Hands on mentality
- Manager experience
