ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Talent Sourcer you are going to scout the high performers we need to meet our ambitious goals. You will help the organization to attract top talent and achieve its goal of being the best place for talents. You will work closely with the business, the recruiters and the HR team.
This is a position that can be very flexible in terms of hours, there are possibilities to working from home and depending on availability the working hours will be agreed on.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with sourcing tools like social media sites, Boolean keyword searching, networking, cold calling
- Connect with both prospects and internal stakeholders
- Work together with hiring managers on setting up candidate profiles
- Initial qualification of candidates
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in a related area
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Proven track record in talent sourcing
- Knows how to engage with people online
- 2-3 years relevant experience sourcing for niche positions
