Your company
Your future employer is an aerospace company that has dynamically started the preparations to open a new factory in Środa Śląska. It is a company that was created by the merger of two powerful investors and will deal with the service and repair of super-modern aircraft engines. By the end of 2018, it is planned to open a factory in Środa Śląska, and until then your office will be in Wroclaw.
Your role
You will be responsible for creating solutions for the business through the development and implementation of the strategies and initiatives to attract and retain suitable talents within the company. Your main duties will include developing and implementing recruitment strategy, supervising recruitment processes and creating development paths. You will be responsible for designing and implementing talent review process, promotion and succession planning, identifying current recruitment needs and creating suitable job description for that roles, identifying possible channels for increasing an employment and coordinating content for website and social media platforms for talent attraction and retention. You will design and implement performance appraisal system, employee evaluation, satisfaction research and exit interviews. A large part of your tasks will also be to undertake employer branding activities, participate in career fairs and create various campaigns.
What do you need to succeed?
You need to have at least 7-10 years of experience in HR including talent management and employer branding in production company. University degree in Human Resources or similar and very good knowledge of English are essential. Very good knowledge of Labor Code and MS Office tools are required as well.Excellent communication skills, great organization of work and very good analytical skills will lead to your success.
