Project-Based Recruiter (3-6 months)
Work mode: Remote (with mandatory on-site visit in Lublin on Day 1)
Maximum rate: 55 PLN/hour brutto

 

Due to the final phase of recruitment centralization and increased team workload, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our clent's team for a 3-6 month project. The role will support ongoing vacancies transitioned from local teams.

 

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage full-cycle (360°) recruitment processes in an international environment
• Support hiring managers and teams across the EMEA region
• Recruit for both central functions and production-related roles
• Collaborate with the HR team and contribute to process improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in an international setting (global exposure not required)
• Fluent English (C1 level) – mandatory
• Experience in recruiting for production roles is a plus, but not essential
• Willingness to work remotely and visit the Lublin site on the first day (contract signing, onboarding, laptop pickup)
