For one of our Client, polish start-up company located in Wrocław, currently we are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Manager.
Your new role
Working as a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for developing recruitment strategy, identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization. In scope of your responsibilities will be also employer branding initiatives, creating career development paths, conducting training processes and contact with recruitment agencies. Moreover you will strictly cooperate with managers in order to propose and participate actively in defining and implementing company’s HR strategies and tools.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a person with minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. As a perfect candidate you need to represent high communication skills and flexibility for change and adoption to new situations, moreover have can-do attitude and open-minded approach. Excellent English and Polish language skills - written and spoken is a must
