For our Client, international company based in Katowice city center, we are currently looking for System Owner (Manufacturing)
Your new role
The System Owner will be responsible for technical operations of the systems and services. He/or She will ultimately responsible for the system health, monitoring, SLA definition, training of 1st and 2nd level staff including all systems changes to ensure proper operations. Your daily responsibilities will consists of: Application Consulting to business partner, Manage business critical Incidents, Change and Release Management, continuous improvement on systems. In addition You will work with other Service and System Owners to develop next generation of working environment with regards to cloud computing.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate, you need to possess University degree and minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Service Management environment. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills and administrative experience in cloud services and infrastructures, (such as Microsoft Azure and AWS). Key technical skills includes following Systems & Tools: Infinity QS, Wonderware Historian, Manufacturing Execution, Windows Server, MS SQL, Backup & Restore Tools, Monitoring Tools (PRTG, Zabix etc.)
