For our Client, an international IT Services company located in the center of Katowice we are looking for a person interested in the role of System Owner Integrated Business Planning. 

Your new role
The IBP System Owner will be responsible for technical operations of the cloud based systems and services. He will ultimately responsible for the system health, monitoring, SLA definition, training of 1st and 2nd level staff including all systems changes to ensure proper operations. This team will be setup in the Central IT function. He will also be responsible for maintaining agreed SLA, developing system roadmap and act as the quality gate keeper for the project and changes implemented in the system. One of the core responsibilities will be Vendor Management.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure and control application/system operation/platform operation
- Act as escalation manager
- Perform Application Consulting to business partner
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer to 1st and 2nd level
- Manage Service and System budget
- Manage business critical Incidents to meet business requirements
- Ensure Application, Driver and relevant Middleware compatibility and operations
- Technical operation, including corrective and pro-active maintenance
- Change and Release Management
- Meet availability and performance targets
- Plan availability, license, operational costs and capacity of the relevant applications
- continuous improvement on systems
Operational tasks and help in the implementation of several proof of concepts of future proof Cloud infrastructure services in alignment with Enterprise architecture and service owner
• Perform tasks and activities with minimal oversight in a team environment; interact regularly with team members, principal investigators and project managers.
• Work with other Service and System Owners to develop
o next generation of working environment with regards to cloud computing
o future proof hybrid on prem and cloud based data center model
• Technical knowledge in server setup, cloud services and management across multiple environments – desktop, cluster, cloud, etc.
• Work with Project Teams to initiate the project delivery for the implementation of future services
• Drive analysis and continuous improvement for respective service area

What you'll need to succeed
- Managed/Supported Cloud based and on prem systems
- >6-8 years experience in an IT Service Management environment
- >5 years in an international environment
- Communicator and enabler
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Substantial experience in working in international IT Service Organizations,
- Strong administrative experience in cloud services and infrastructures, such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Experience in other infrastructure services related to virtualization 
- University degree in IT or Engineering 
- Language skills: English, Polish, German (beneficial)
- Experience in working in ITIL regulated environment
- Knowledge of Agile concepts
- Technical project lead experience
- Working knowledge is preferred in at least one of the following related-skillsets (one of):

• Integrated Business Planning (by BlueYonder)
• Demonstrated experience with SaaS platforms
• Networks design and configuration

Beneficial, but not essential: 
- Cloud Certifications (Azure,AWS)
- Storage (SAN) Management
- Database Skills (MSSQL, Oracle)
- Backup & Restore in cloud environment
- Wintel
- Application Monitoring
