System Configuration Analyst

DXC-Luxoft is currently supporting several German OEMs in building their next-generation battery-electric vehicle platforms. We help industrializing, integrating and testing the platform and functional software, especially during critical integration phases approaching start-of-production.

We are looking for a team of professionals to build and set-up Configuration Management solution for

HW/SW ECU product support.

The solution has to include processes and tools established across the customer organization and it's clients

(consumers), to ensure:

• ability to configure SW product with a predefined set of properties and vehicle variants to support;
• complex products configuration support with plenty of possible variants/functional variations/combinations;
• monitoring and operation control of the assembled system functions, predefined attributes, verity of characteristics;
• configuration change management;
• configuration elements governance.

• Analysis of the system configuration landscape (HW and SW);
• Information elicitation with stakeholders (business and engineering) from different organization;
• Scope definition and representation for Configuration Management solution;
• Configuration identification: initial collecting and identification and definition of each possible configuration item;
• Configuration Management Solution design;
• Product Information model definition and design;
• Definition of processes in scope of configuration management;
• Definition of requirements for tools used;
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the configuration management area

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, mathematics or similar fields
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience: configuration management, system and business analysis, information management;
• 3+ years of experience in Automotive industry or another embedded system development;
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (including maintenance, service station upgrades, over-the-air upgrades, service subscriptions and aftermarket solutions as a plus)
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Solid experience in System and Business documentation design (Vision and Sope, BRD, SRS, others);
• Flexible in modeling technics (BPMN, UML, others);
• Strong analytical and problem solving mindset;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Attention to details

• Experience with Automotive domains & features (ADAS, Powertrain, Telematics, Infotainment, Driver Interaction, Diagnostics, Software updates, OTA etc.)
• Experience in Information and/or Data modelling (is a plus);
• Information analysis and information governess skills
• Experience in Requirements Management, Test Management, Configuration Management, Release Management
• Experience in Waterfall, SAFe
• Standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, SUMS, CSMS
• German B1 and higher
