Your new company
On behalf of our Client, which is a start-up Shared Service Center in Gdańsk and an international leader in its field, we are looking for Swedish speakers to join Supply Chain or Order Management department.
Your new role
As a Supply Chain Specialist you would be responsible for the smooth execution of processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service level agreements are met or exceeded. Your main duty would be to monitor and track customer orders and plan supply chain. As Order Management Specialist you would be responsible for managing Client’s contracts. Your scope of duties would include: opening and closing of contracts, changing a customer’s data in a system and processing orders: opening new maintenance and lease contracts for the Siebel system. You would be also obligated to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should be fluent English and Swedish speaker. Possessing some corporate experience would be an asset but it’s not essential. We are looking for a person with strong customer focus and a good attention to details, who is able to keep deadlines and work conscientiously.
