Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

This company discovers, develops and produces new innovative human therapeutics that improve the life expectancy of humanity.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As the support operations officer you will be part of one of the regional hubs of the company. This team exists out of customer service, supply chain and the support office. You will support the supply chain and customer service team with SAP (Order to cash) and run/define reports on process improvements and compliance topics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create reporting to support Customer Service department
- Advice on Customer Service processes by gathering information, research and analysis of data
- Oversee and manage Compliance related activities (e.g. Non-Conformities, Change Controls)
- Attends and/or facilitates cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions which optimise processes
- Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions. Escalate to Management when (potential) issue cannot be solved by team
- ERP system support (Operational support, incident management, training)
- Initiate and execute improvements in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency of CS performance
- Initiate and manage SAP change requests

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics and economics
- Strong user experience and interest in SAP Order-to-Cash module
- Typically 2 – 5 years of related professional experience
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
- Excellence in working with MS Office and experience with ERP system
- Experience in working across various cultures
- Customer focus
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to deal with conflicting interest
