Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

These varieties are brought to our growers by supplying plants.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will work in a dynamic environment. You will deliver the business a realistic outlook on the fiscal year as well as the strategic 5 year scope from a supply side to make the best possible decisions to fit the market demand. Input from the commercial departments and demand planning, makes sure you focus on the right regions, analyzing and advising your stakeholders on decisions that influence the growth of our business.
On tactical level you focus on having the right production for the demand. On a short term you help analyzing and advising the field forecasters in the fields to fine-tune their production forecast curves in order to give a realistic outlook on the upcoming fruits that needs to be sold.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze forecast performances, steer and signal where needed
- Analyze trends and parameters in production curves
- Challenge assumptions to the forecast
- Report to management and stakeholders on long term expectations
- Support the development of the berry strategic supply plan for EMEA
- Represent the general berry supply plan during various meetings
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics and Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
- Willing to travel up to 10 %
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Strong negotiation skills
