ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Supply Planner Europe you will be in charge of several planners to create: production, inventory, procurement and transportation/distribution plans for various plants throughout Europe. This is done for both short to mid-term time frames on either a rule- or cost based approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will be responsible for managing various planners to create all the necessary plans. You will do this for multiple countries throughout Europe. This requires you to sketch what-if scenarios and act on them. Also you will be responsible for:
- Reducing overall costs throughout the Supply Chain
- Participating or leading monthly S&OP review meetings
- Participating or leading project groups across different departments and much more..
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc or BSc degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar
- Experience with Supply Planning or a strong interest toward it and relevant experience
- SAP knowledge and a preference towards Manugistics experience
- Fluent in English and any other European language
