Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Drenthe Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Supply Chain is responsible for the EMEA region for the planning & inventory management processes and for the physical logistics & distribution network processes and development. The department works closely with the Product and Project Management functions and ensures that new products and product life cycle changes are implemented according committed timelines, which means that the supply chain is efficient, effective and compliant to local or regional regulations.
The communication with other planning teams all over Europe is very important so an international attitude is required in this job. You will be responsible for strategic partnerships and manage external suppliers. Next to this tasks you also have an important part in analyzing data to improve the planning and buying process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making frameworks for potential clients, prospects and internal stakeholders
- Process improvement to get the supply chain to a higher level
- Inventory Management to make sure the planning activities are running smoothly
- Managing KPI's to guarantee the results
- Projects for several departments such as: planning, procurement, customer service, logistics and several overall projects
- NPI for the company's newest products, you need to make sure the whole introduction is running smootly and products will be on time at the clients, also complaint handling is an important part (Customer Service).
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (both a must!)
- Min. 6 years of experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Operations etc.)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a must, you need to understand processes in this industry
- Good knowlege of complex erp and it systems
- Excellent and proven analytical skills
