On behalf of our Client, which is a start-up Shared Service Center in Gdańsk and an international leader in its field, we are looking for Supply Chain Team Leader.
Your new role
As a Supply Chain Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing back office processes and enabling the smooth execution of all relevant functional processes at the same time ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Your leadership duties will include leading, motivating, coaching and organising team members accordingly to the company’s philosophy and you will be in charge of employee engagement. Other duties will include supervising and developing your team, ensuring that they meet and exceed their KPIs as well as ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. You will have to ensure your team receives quality training, and uses appropriate resources available to be successful in their roles. You will also be responsible for identifying process efficiencies to increase speed, accuracy and adding value to transactional processing. Moreover, you will be expected to act as Subject Matter Expert for your team in all supply chain related issues.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 2 years of leadership experience, knowledge how to motivate and generate enthusiasm throughout the team, have the ability to priorities as well as have strong stakeholder focus. Fluent English is a must as well as effective communication and data management knowledge. Moreover you should be able to manage people’s performance in a positive direction.
