Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
Pharmaceutical company with an important distribution chain located in Noord Brabant. All the Supply Chain activities for all Europe are organized from this site.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Act as a first point of contact for customers/ sales offices from Poland and Czech Republic.
The type of enquires are related to set up of customers/ credit/ debit/ orders return/ Track and Trace mainly for medicine transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order management (supply chain): execution of track & trace, follow up on delays, sign off reports)
- Develop and maintain good relationships with affiliates, physicians, pharmacists, wholesaler, hospitals, distributors, other departments
- Follow up on customer complaints
- Identifies and innitiates process improvements
- Ensure compliance of SOX and GMP/ GDP regulations
- Executes returns for all order types, credit and debit notes, follows up timely release
- Handles and resolves service/transport issues (including track & trace)
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Polish and Czech/ Slovakian and English
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales
- Ability to handle and solve service/transport issues (including track & trace)
- Customer service oriented
