Maintain accurate data in JDA and SAP and ensure alignment between both systems.
Track, analyze and report on KPI's, make continuous improvements in order to increase efficiency and improve customer service
Make sure that production and shipping schedules are aligned and process and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. Realize timely and effective solutions to documentation, transportation and distribution issues with both internal and external customers and suppliers.
Offers innovative insights and solutions to maximize business opportunities and address challenges
Manage inventories on hand at affiliates and tack the necessary actions based on available inventory, lead times and size of orders
You are viewed as someone who is creditable and who is a respected role model, thereby positively influencing others.
Creates impact with ideas for the larger organization and anticipates and responds to changes
Manages relationships and expectations with affiliates (Affiliate Champions) and other key stakeholders
Be process owner and project lead for some of the key processes for the function.
Preferably 3 years’ work experience in a similar environment
Experience with ERP systems is a must, preferably SAP
you are a team player with focus on improvement and strong drive for results
Must possess good analytical skills
Excellent written and oral Dutch and English communication skills are required
Excellent organizational skills are required
A strong track-record in problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to step up and takes leadership to own challenges
Persistent and resilient when confronted with obstacles, and resolves issues in a timely manner

Coordinate supply of active pharmaceutical ingredient or support materials between the supply plans, bulk, pharmaceutical finished product and other functional departments, such as Global Trade Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Logistics and DistributionMaintain accurate data in JDA and SAP and ensure alignment between both systems.

Requirements
Bachelor or Master level, a degree in Operations, Supply Chain or Business Management is preferredPreferably 3 years’ work experience in a similar environment
