THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Drenthe Netherlands.
They are a global pharmaceutical organization which serves their clients with their drug products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Supply Chain Planner you will play a key role for the planning on operational level and making sure the client has a supply chain that is competitive compared to their competitors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for analyzing and improving the logistical processes within the supply chain. It will be your job to make the client’s supply chain as efficient as possible. Next to that you will also be responsible for:
· Analyzing and optimizing the purchasing, sales, production and planning processes
· Planning on operational level on short (0-3 months) and medium (3-18 months) term horizons
· Review the performance, capacities and maintenance plans incidentally
· Cooperation with stakeholders, for example logistics manager and the plant manager
REQUIREMENTS
· MSc in Logistics, Business or any other related field required
· Working experience within the Supply Chain and extensive knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
· Experience in leading a team in a professional setting within the Food industry
· Effective communication skills in Dutch and English, can work with people in different teams,levels and functions. Ability to influence results through others and external organizations.
