Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
They are a small company based in Amsterdam. Because of recent succeses they are looking for an Supply Chain/Operations manager.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Supply Chain/Operations Manager you will be responsible for: planning, procurement, production and logistics. All of this is done with a fair amount of independency. Together with the CEO you create KPI's for the Supply Chain and do your utmost best to full fill these.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for a large amount of tasks regarding the: Supply Chain, Logistics, Production and Planning. This requires you to be a good communicator to effectively work with the various third party's. Part of you responsibilities will be:
- Creating KPI's according to company strategy
- Communicating and managing relationships with suppliers and customers
- Creating the production planning according to the sales forecasts
- Making sure there is enough product ready for transport to ensure product stock for the client is optimum
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar/relevant
- Several years of experience within Supply Chain
- Energetic and eager to learn
- Fluent in Dutch and English with a preference towards German as well
- Knowledge of various ERP systems is a pre
