ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Supply Chain Manager you play a key role in development and maintenance of Supply Chain projects related with customers. You will also support and lead your team with their daily tasks. You will advise the management team with decisions on operational level
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for enabling our client to be more competitive and create partnerships with key partners and will be responsible for optimizing the logistical processes of the client, next to that you will also be responsible for:
-Having an own logistical vision and implementing this vision
-Coaching and motivating your team members and bring the team to a higher efficiency level
-Accurate and efficient attitude
-Manage, create and integrate customer service organization and its team members
REQUIREMENTS
-BSc or MSc in Logistics, Business or any other related field required
-Working experience within the Supply Chain and extensive knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
-Experience in leading a team in a professional setting.
-Effective communication skills in Dutch and English, can work with people in different teams, levels and functions. Ability to influence results through others and external organizations. German language skills are a plus.
