THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional FMCG organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

They are growing very hard and are in need of new and ambitious employees!

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be head of the supply chain team and be busy with coaching and managing. You are also busy with communicating between several departments and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and coach the supply chain team
- Responsible for the inventory and procurement process
- Coordinate the production planning
- Continuous improvement
- Budget/ Costs
- Setting targets
- Making sure KPI's are followed up

REQUIREMENTS

- HBO or WO degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
- 3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Experience with coaching and managing a team
- Experience with erp and it systems
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
