Supply Chain Manager (M/F)
Due to a very interesting and unique venture we are searching for Supply Chain Manager to strengthen top management team that will contribute to building strong internal structures.

Our customer is an international company operating in innovative solutions for electrical and machining sector.
Description
- person hired on this position will be responsible for managing inventory and purchasing procedures of raw materials and other supplies used in our company -
- responsibility includes production planning activities, managing purchasing, distribution of supplies in the organization, material flow, inventory levels/methods, receiving, storage, and distribution
- Coordinating and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures,
- Collaborating with other managers to determine supply needs
- Managing a team to achieve a company objectives
- Controlling inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies
- Maintaining relationship and negotiate with suppliers
- Keeping detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.
- Assisting in forecasting to plan future orders
- Purchasing supplies and materials according to specifications
- Responsible for logistics
- Lead the site to achieve a cost savings through driving KPIs, and establishing operational goals.
- Develop and implement improved supplier metrics and lead the Materials team towards improving supplier performance
Profile
- Proven experience as logistics/materials manager
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in leadership role
- Proven ability to build a competent and well performing team
- Experience in Shipping and receiving
- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems
- Understanding of forecasting and budgeting
- Working knowledge of SAP Strong communication as well as negotiation and influencing skills
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Open for 25% international travel
