• Annual Plans and Strategic Plans
• Monthly reporting
• GMVA for the region (actuals and FC)
• Value Creation models and tracking
• Capex and Stock management
• Cost reporting and challenging
• Consolidating and managing SC overheads budget of the SC team (budgeting, controlling, reporting, preparing variance analysis etc.)
• ACCA, CIMA, CPA is preferred
• Over 3 years of experience in financial, operational and business partnering roles
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to respond under pressure
• Experience of working in cross functional teams within a matrix environment desirable
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Meticulous nature and good attention to detail
• Flexible and open-minded, quick to adapt to changing requirements

The company is operating with 5 factories across Asia, Africa, Oceania and Russia regions. In this setting, the purpose of the SCF FP&A Manager is to streamline the information flow between regional supply chain/ supply chain finance teams and SC leadership teams.Responsibilities
• Units target setting• Annual Plans and Strategic Plans
• Monthly reporting
• GMVA for the region (actuals and FC)
• Value Creation models and tracking
• Capex and Stock management
• Cost reporting and challenging
• Consolidating and managing SC overheads budget of the SC team (budgeting, controlling, reporting, preparing variance analysis etc.)
Requirements
• Master’s degree in accounting/ finance or equivalent;• ACCA, CIMA, CPA is preferred
• Over 3 years of experience in financial, operational and business partnering roles
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to respond under pressure
• Experience of working in cross functional teams within a matrix environment desirable
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
