Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Brabant Flamand Belgium.
They are a global active player who is one of the leading companies within the pharmaceutical industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Supply Chain & Distribution Specialist you will be working with the Customer Service and Logistics department to enhance and improve customer satisfaction for our client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Knowledge of Customer Service and Logistics operations, with relevant work experience in a similar role,
• Knowledge of import and customs clearance activities,
• Financial awareness and knowledge of cost drivers within the Customer Service & Logistics environment,
• Qualification in a supply chain related discipline, logistics, supply management, demand management, or operational management,
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience of working with LSPs,
• Interpersonal & influencing skills at all levels, both internally & externally,
• Customer oriented mindset and behaviour,
• Analyse information and provide sufficient basis for making decisions,
• Systems Knowledge, including SAP is an asset,
• Experience in operating within a GMP/GDP environment is an asset,
• Fluency in English. French and Dutch would be an advantage, but not mandatory
