- Provide overall input related to future global / regional capability building.
- Manage S&OP process and lead forecast development
- Responsible for metrics in the broad categories of spend, profit, cash flow, on-time delivery & quality.
- Work with colleagues to identify best practices across the organization
- Build a Continuous Improvement Culture within the organization
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations management.
- Proven track record of delevering in a high-performance continuous improvement environment
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning, manufactering, procurement, business development, finance and sales & marketing
- You are a integrity-based leader
- Able to infuence senior stakeholders

In this position you will be responsible for leading and directly managing all regional Supply Chain functional activities. This includes Network Planning, Demand Planning, Warehousing, Transportations Customs and Indirect Procurement. Establishes Supply Chain strategies and executes plans to support the regional business plans.Responsibilities

Requirements
- At leat a Bachelor degree in Operations Management, Engineering or Supply Chain Management- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations management.

- Strong knowledge of strategic planning, manufactering, procurement, business development, finance and sales & marketing
- You are a integrity-based leader
- Able to infuence senior stakeholders
