Role Description

This role will be a hands-on resource, working in close collaboration with three peer Supply Chain Coordinators in your team. you will be given the opportunity to grow within the organization, depending on your ambition and performance. You will be a key support member of the team and like everyone on the team, you may be asked to jump in to assist in areas outside of your primary responsibilities. You will closely co-operate with the Supply Chain Coordinators team and interact with various other teams (e.g. Quality and Manufacturing). You need to be proactive, flexible and service-minded with great self-starting skills and a great eye for detail in order to be successful in this role,

Responsibilities

Owns the order process from receipt until final product delivery, verifying for accuracy
Arranges and manages courier shipments and executes order transactions in Oracle EBS
Pro-actively follows-up on order progress and communicates with stakeholders
Partners with stakeholders to ensure a successful order process
Addresses shipment and delivery enquirers related to orders
Leads daily operational meetings with stakeholders to review daily activities
Contributes to the continuous improvement

Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience in the (bio-) pharmaceutical / life-sciences industry
Solid knowledge and understanding of cGDP legislation
Ability to interpret and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Be committed to deliver the highest level of service
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, keeping oversight and setting priorities
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Experience with MS office and ERP systems (Oracle EBS is a plus)
Great self-starter with a pro-active attitude
Strong problem solving skills

Outgoing and approachable personality
