ROLE DESCRIPTION
Als supply chain coordinator zorg je voor het vlotte verloop van de bestellingen van jouw productgroep, van order tot levering. Het hele Order to Cash proces.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dagelijks volg je de stock op volgens de verkoopplanning, link je de bestellingen aan de juiste loten, evalueer je de verkooporders t.o.v. de planning, en voer je de nodige wijzigingen door, zoals het plaatsen van bijbestellingen.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van kwaliteitsissues :
- Je communiceert met de leverancier, volgt de retours en creditnota’ s op.
- Je volgt de correcte uitvoering van de leveringen op, je evalueert de tekorten en de leveringsuren.
- Je zorgt voor de coördinatie met de productie : je houdt de verpakkingsinstructies in de systemen up to date, je voert productieorders in, volgt deze op en evalueert de afval-en productiekost.
- Je voert een constante evaluatie uit van budget versus realiteit.
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s van aan- en verkoop.
REQUIREMENTS
- Je hebt een Master diploma in een economische richting, of supply chain.
- Je bent een problemsolver, je reageert proactief en accuraat.
- Je bent administratief en analytisch sterk, en werkt zelfstandig.
- Je communiceert vlot. Nederlands is de voertaal maar je weet je ook goed uit te drukken in het Frans.
