Description
- Further development of the purchasing strategy and supplier risk aligned with the requirements of stakeholders and business partners
- Managing cross-function projects in the fields of process designing, process improvement and process migration
- Cooperation with senior leaders across business areas
- Preparation of ad hoc analysis for senior management team
- Controls budget realization in the area of his/her responsibility
- Sets and manages realistic targets
- Leading a team of master data specialist
- Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to staff to improve individual and team performance
- Participates in selecting and hiring new staff members
- Planning individual's and team tasks over time
Profile
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Procurement and similar positions
- Very good knowledge of German (min. B2)
- Good knowledge of English (min. B1)
- Knowledge of process improvement and standardization methodology and tools such as Lean management, Kaizen, Six Sigma
- Experience in leading a team
- Excellent user knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SAP R3) and a strong analytical talent (PowerQuery, PowerBI knowledge is an advantage).
- Experience in the SSC/BPO industry will be an asset
