Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
They got state-of-the-art and high performance production equipment to ensure quality is built-in during all process stages to manufacture high quality products at a very competitive price. The company offers more than 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacture, formulation, technical transfer and analytical testing.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
They are looking for a Team lead operators / Operations manager! You will lead their team of 30 operators and make sure that everything goes right. Also one of your tasks is validation. You temporarily take the place of the current supervisor operators, who is on pregnancy leave.
Till end of march but will be extended!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities are leading the team of 30 operators and the the conversion of packaging lines. With your green or black belt you will look at the efficiency of the process.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc or MSc in pharmaceutical industry, engineering or pharmacy
- Preferably 8+ years of experience
- Experience with leading operators
- Experience with packaging lines
- Experience with validation engineering
- Green belt or Black Belt
