Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This position is accountable for the management of the Maintenance Team for CSP Packaging & Warehousing in order to optimize availability of production equipment by:
- Adequate preventive maintenance
- Efficient breakdown interventions
- Defining improvements based on root cause analysis (reliability)
- Optimization and implementation of maintenance strategy
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assure quantitative and qualitative staffing of the group
- Planning and organising of maintenance activities and support of project activities
- Training, coaching and development of the Team
- Performance evaluation and reviews
- Adequate preventive maintenance
- Efficient breakdown intervention (24 hrs- 5 days/week)
- Improvements based on root cause analysis (Reliability)
- Optimize the operating conditions of equipment
- Maintain at the lowest life cycle cost
REQUIREMENTS
The qualification of this function includes a Civil or Industrial Engineering Degree in the electro-mechanical field or equivalent by experience.
- 5 years in industry (Production, Maintenance or Engineering environment)
- Able to define and implement a maintenance strategy
- Omnivalent technical knowledge
- Basic knowledge of PC/PLC
- Excellent communication skills with technical people at all levels
- Technical notions of German
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Leadership capabilities
- Knowledge, insight and application of safety problematic
