Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
The company develops and produces medicines and vaccines for a wide range of medical disciplines.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
For this position, you are mainly involved in setting up and implementing a program for Statistics on the website. You identify the needs in terms of knowledge, tasks and implement the necessary initiatives. Furthermore, you will provide a training program and also provide the training yourself. Also, you will assist the engineers and pharmacists with advice when it comes to statistics. The following tasks are also part of the job:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing statistical advice when determining validation / qualification approaches and when carrying out data analyses.
- Determine sample strategy, selection of appropriate statistical tools.
- Evaluating reports and decisions based on statistical tools and data analyses.
- Validation / qualification reports, transfers of lab methods/
- Setting up and giving training statistics.
- Control Charts, hypothesis testing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Licentiate in Mathematics or Engineering.
- In-depth knowledge and a strong interest in Statistics, not only classical statistics, but also knowledge of Bayesian Statistics, resampling techniques, simulations (Monte Carlo).
- Experience within a production environment.
- Project and process improvement experience.
- Team player that is familiar in many disciplines.
- Experience with leading and facilitating teams.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
