Your new company
We are looking for the person to hold the position Senior HR Administration Specialist with German (German law) to one of the international Company located in Katowice (possibility of 100% remotely work)

Your new role
  • Creation of documentation needed for employment (documents for workers council, contracts for all employee groups, additional appendixes etc.)
  • Daily follow-up on contractual matters
  • Regular contact with hiring managers and recruiting team in terms of hiring processes
  • Collaboration with Process Experts and HR Partners on the improvements and optimization of processes, tools and policies
  • Acts as major contact point for all enquiries related to contractual issues for internal stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
  • Very good command of German and English (at least B1+/B2 level)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Very good knowledge of German labor law with particular reference to employment aspects
  • Attention to details, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Working experience with SAP would be an asset
