For our client, an international company located near to Rzeszów, we are looking for experienced and well organised candidate interested in a position ofHR Business Partner.
- Acts as primary HR point-of-contact to leaders and employees, effectively ensuring quality and timely delivery of all HR services to meet business needs
- Coordinating of core HR processes including Performance Management, Salary Review, Short/Long Term Incentive
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, succession planning, disciplinary actions)
- Conducts headcount reports, org charts, personnel planning, recruiting data and reports
- Maintains HR tools, templates, process documentation and enable line managers on the application of HR processes, templates and policies
- Identifies, initiates and supports HR projects and activities within HR
• Previous industry related experience
• At least 4 years of experience in HR area and 1 year of experience in running independently recruiting processes
• Broad and working HR knowledge in transnational, legal, benefit and policy topics
•Ability to manage and interpret employment laws into pragmatic solutions and navigate line management through its complexities
• Result oriented and able to develop plans/solutions and to deliver expected results
• Analytical and problem solving skills along with the ability to make timely and balanced decisions
