SSC manager ensures efficient and good quality processing or financial transactions in co-operation with Supply/Procurement, Sales Cluster teams, local finance, and other stakeholders.

Description
- Responsible for the Finance operations and performance of Purchase to Pay (PtP) and Order to Cash (OtC) processes across all Company locations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and related activities -> more activities might be added to the scope later on
- Managing collaboration with all finance teams, Sales Cluster teams, Supply/Procurement, and Company Business organization
- Responsible for organizing the PtP and OtC roles and responsibilities to ensure stable, efficient, and good quality processes from the finance perspective
- Responsible for own end-to-end process teams in terms of coaching, performance management, rewards & recognition, and competence development
- Increase accounting and business understanding in PtP and OtC teams to meet the expectations of our internal customers and external stakeholders
- Participating in communication and coordination of audit work in co-operation with Group Accounting, Finance Operations, and Business organization
- Responsible for completing the accounts payable and receivable centralization project and software implementation
- Participating in the Group level finance and related ICT development initiatives
- Constantly seeking for ways how to improve the quality and process efficiency
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in challenging roles leading shared services or accounting departments
- Educational background in the field of Finance and Accounting or Economics
- Good experience in leading direct & virtual teams
- Fluent in English
- Change management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end processes & tools
- Good system skills
- Development and s mindset
- Basic understanding of IFRS accounting principles - nice to have
- Knowledge from sales, purchasing, and/or other business operations - nice to have
- Knowledge of Italian, German or French - nice to have
