On behalf of our Client in Gdynia, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of SSC Finance Manager.
Your new role
As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for leading the SSC finance & accounting team, including supervision and optimization of team performance. You will have to ensure timely and aligned processing of F&A tasks, including compliance with standard operating procedures. You will also be in charge of managing month-end and year-end closing activities, solving operational issues and supervising financial and KPI reporting. Your other responsibilities will include identifying and supporting process improvement opportunities and customer relations management to ensure professional communication with key internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have at least 3 years of experience in F&A managerial/ team leading role within SSC/BPO structures. We are looking for a candidate with higher education degree ideally in finance & accounting related studies. Ideal candidate should also possesses experience in change management and process improvement activities as well as practice in solving financial processing issues. We are looking for a strong leader with very good team motivating skills and continuous improvement mindset.
