Role Description

You will be responsible for your own portfolio of products and work closely with various partners and departments. On-site partners include Manufacturing, Engineering, Warehouse, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Regional Operations leads, Regional Supply Chain. Furthermore you will work with overseas colleagues.

Responsibilities

- Leads the supply plans for the tactical planning horizon (Up to 24 months).

- You ensure reliable and stable supply while dealing with product launches, phase outs, business trends, production capacity utilization, component management, and upstream supply points.

-You will play a key role in the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, by preparing for the Supply Review, take up Scenario planning, and make proposals for management decision-making.

Requirements

- 5+ years or relevant end-to-end Supply Chain Planning experience (operations gained in GMP (food/pharma/medtech) environment is a big plus)

- Fluent in english

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Big plus for Continuous Improvement experience (Lean)

- Strong with ERP systems
