Role Description

As QA manager you are responsible for the Quality department. You will set up and develop the QMS, be compliant with the regulations, secure the operational quality tasks and collaboration with other departments.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for establishment and improving the quality systems
- You will lead a team of 20 FTE - 3 direct reports
- You manage and motivate the QA department, ensure the development of all members within QA
- Reviewing and approving quality documents (procedures, VMP, ...)
- Managing the Quality agreements
- Compliancy with current regulations and organize inspections by authorities
- Setting up, monitoring and reporting the essential KPIs
- Drafting and managing the budget of the QA department

Requirements

- You have a degree in Life Sciences
- You have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical sector
- You have a thorough knowledge of GMP guidelines.
- You have experience in leading teams
- You have excellent knowledge of English and Dutch OR French
- You have a pragmatic, problem-solving and quality-oriented attitude
