ROLE DESCRIPTION
As product developer, you spend most of your time serving the clients and answering sales' questions. Is a sauce like this possible? Will this flavoring be tasteful? You know the answers and guide your junior product developer to the right answers. With confidence and strong experience in the production of food ingredients, you guide the production from lab scale all the way to the industrial scale. Levelling with sales and QA is key to do this successfully and you like working in a tight-knit team with short lines to the CEOs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• 70% of the role is working on market/client demands
• 30% is product improvement
• guiding your junior colleague
• pitching ideas to sales
• keeping up with B2B market trends
• answering sales' technical questions
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor of Food Science or similar
• Fluent Dutch
• Teamplayer, outspoken, respectful, hard-working
• Experienced in and passionate about fruit, sauces, chocolate
• Located around Beerse, either in the Netherlands or Belgium
