Ogólny zakres prac
Nadzór i kontrola projektu dot. funkcjonalności i systemów bezpieczeństwa.
• przygotowywanie i omawianie strategii I&C dot. realizacji zadania głównego DCS i Systemu Bezpieczeństwa i zapewnienie jego stosowanie w DD;
• koordynacja i sprawdzanie standardów projektowych zgodnie z wymaganiami dot. Energetyki jądrowej;
• Współpraca z wykonawcami, zarządzanie wszystkimi pracami dotyczącymi systemów DCS i Bezpieczeństwa;
• Dbanie o wdrożenie standardowych metod łącznie ze szczegółowymi rozwiązaniami I&C wykonawcy,
• Pomoc oraz przyspieszanie prac przy podzespołach „specjalnych i kwalifikowanych“ oraz opracowywanie arkuszy danych dla celów zamówień,
• Uczestnictwo oraz współpraca przy uruchomieniach.

General scope of work
Supervision of finalization and adjustment of the detailed design functional control specification related to control and safety systems.
To prepare and discuss with the Project Team and the Head of Department the execution strategy of I&C tasks relevant to Main DCS and Safety System and assure its application in DD;
To coordinate and check the right application of project standards requirements in the application of design according to Nuclear Environments requirements;
To interact with contractors managing all technical topics impacting on the DCS and Safety Systems;
To guarantee application of standard methods within detailed I&C engineering contractor solutions;
To assist and speed up activities in the definition of “Special & qualified” Instrument with relevant data sheets definition for procurement purposes;
To participate and cooperate in the commissioning activities.
Wymagania:
• znajomość głównych dostawców instalacji jądrowej elektrowni
• doświadczenie w zakresie projektowania i testowania (FAT, SAT) oraz uruchomień systemów DCS i bezpieczeństwa: doświadczenie w systemach Siemens T2000 oraz Areva TXS mile widziane.
• doświadczenie w projektowaniu i kontrolowaniu rozwiązań na poszczególnych polach dot. Tras kablowych, rur impulsowych, okablowania, rur,
• co najmniej 10 lat doświadczenia w kontroli i automatyzacji projektowania
• znajomość języka angielskiego
• umiejętności komunikacyjne
• umiejętność pracy indywidulanie i w zespole

General scope of work

• To guarantee application of standard methods within detailed I&C engineering contractor solutions;
• To assist and speed up activities in the definition of “Special & qualified” Instrument with relevant data sheets definition for procurement purposes;
• To participate and cooperate in the commissioning activities.
General knowledge
• Knowledge of main instrumentation and qualified Vendors already experienced in Nuclear PP installations.
• Expertise in design and testing (FAT as well as SAT) and commissioning of DCS and Safety Systems: experience on Siemens T2000 and Areva TXS is a plus.
• Experienced Skills in identify and check detailed design field engineering solution on:
- cable ways and trays definition and segregations strategy optimization;
- Impulse pipe routing and definition criteria according to the project requirements;
• Instruments racks final arrangement as per segregation and separation criteria’s.
Knowledge and experience for application on:
• the safety operating conditions of safety system, and the different modes of operation (if any);
• the structure of safety actuation;
• the list of safety input signals needed for the actuation the list of the output actuators actuated.
Specific requirements
• At least 10 years relevant experience in Control and Automation design
• At least 5 recorded attendance to FAT and SAT (possibly a couple of them on NPP projects)
• At least 5 recorded experiences on Commissioning and start-up (experiences on revamping can be accepted); 1 experience shall be relevant to NPP projects-
• Past experiences in “Nuclear Plant Design”; VVER plant design knowledge will be preferred;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good communication skills;
• Problem solving attitude;
• Independence with team work capabilities;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
