THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

You will work at a large multinational which specializes primarily in generic drugs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Transferring complex generic drugs from R&D development to commercial production. Implementing complex manufacturing processes, serving critical equipment as part of the manufacturing process, and training operators in accordance with the stated (quality) requirements such as GMP guidelines, safety regulations and SOPs, so that the production of medicines is efficient.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Be Responsible for GMP Correct Implementation Within Production of New Complex Products.
- Preparation and execution of engineering and validation programs.
- Writing SOPs for new equipment
- Writing preparation documentation for new processes
- Train operators on new equipment and processes.
- Transfers and Transfers Monitoring Where necessary.
- Investigations of deviations during production.
- Support during equipment and cleaning approvals
- Representative of the department in project teams
- Upgrading and conversion equipment
- First line maintenance equipment
- Cleaning and disinfecting machines, work environment and / or production areas
- Ensures timely and correct production documentation
- Formulate, report and record production and control data
- Review of production documentation
- Guidance and instruction of employees
- Performing training activities
- Ensure adequate training documentation and administration
- Monitoring of personnel planning
- Care for effective bottom up as Top-down communication and information flow
- Delivering a contribution to enhance and develop the production process qualitatively and qualitatively.
- Making improvement proposals
- Active participation in projects and innovative development processes
- Provides input from the workfloor
- Seeks cooperation with other departments and shares acquired knowledge, experiences, insights
- Reports on the progress of projects, improvement proposals and plans of action.

REQUIREMENTS

- HBO work and thinking level
- Good knowledge Dutch and English
- Pharmaceutical background
- Experience with product tranfers from development to commercial prodcution
- Experience with production operating systems
- Knowledge and experience with production operating systems
