Sourcing Specialist for Data Management and Analysis

For our Client - one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the world, we are looking for
Sourcing Specialist for Data Management and Analysis (Sourcing/Purchasing Dept.)

 

You will:

• Be supporting sourcing activities related to Group Procurement - Life Science (PO-L) categories for assigned business sectors/areas
• Be part of sourcing support unit
• Act as interface between suppliers, our stakeholders (e.g. QA, QC, Supply Chain), and PO-L Sourcing Managers
• Be responsible for task and process within our Master Data & Supplier Information Management
  and administrative ERP support
• Be supporting strategic sourcing and contracting activities related to MRO and CAPEX sourcing
  categories worldwide
• Support the MRO and CAPEX Sourcing managers by data analytics as well as preparing and
  running RfX competitive bidding events based on internal Source to Contract process
• Support the development of the envisioned shared service center organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, engineering or other relevant discipline
• 1-3 years working experience related to sourcing / purchasing and Quality Management
• Experience with ERP system, e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc. is a must
• Experienced in MS Excel and Data Analysis skills
• Good command of English (German is a plus)
• Proactive, well-organized, ability to work in a team environmen
