- Developing and implementing the procurement strategy at International level;
- Maintain and develop long term relations with key supplier
- Lead and develop the procurement department (2-4 FTE);
- Responsible for organization & effectiveness of the procurement organization;
- Optimize the raw supply chain to the plants and maximize overall supply chain results in close collaboration with the local plant managers;
- Developing solutions for our customers and ways to manage risk and volatility in alignment with senior sales managers.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in international management and/or senior procurement/sourcing roles for agricultural commodities;
- Experience in working with agricultural commodities in a highly volatile environment;
- Developing and implementing long term strategic procurement strategies;
- Experience and affinity with the food processing industry is considered an advantage, or alternatively experience in other agri-business categories;
- Proven track record in leading teams with members of different cultural backgrounds;
- Working in a matrix relation and indirect management of different teams to deliver results.

The International Sourcing Manager will report to the Director Raw & Supply Chain and will be responsible for the development and implementation of the long term International Sourcing Strategy. He/she will lead the regional raw procurement teams in the different sourcing and production areas in a matrix relation with the regional plant managers. The International Sourcing Manager is responsible for the long term strategic sourcing strategy and for the short term commercial tactics.Responsibilities

Requirements
- University level education in Food, Supply Chain or Business/Economics;- At least 5 years of professional experience in international management and/or senior procurement/sourcing roles for agricultural commodities;
